Thanks to all the Gorilla's who attended the DFW TRI Community Kick-Off Social last night!! We had a great turnout and it was fun to meet some of the folks from Triple Threat and Negative Split. Hopefully we will get to know them better as we take advantage of the increased workout opportunities provided by this new collaborative effort. If you didn't attend or still have questions about the how's and why's of TRI Community, ask away! Remember, you will need to show your GMS keytags to attend workouts, so ask your coach about your today! Great job, Gorilla's! G

Wow! Was that a lot of work or what? But, in the end, it was all worth it and feedback on the new site has been overwhelmingly positive! Thanks to Don Taylor (UN-O Interactive) and Christian Hoyle (Good Juju Branding) for all their help and hard work!
